Accuracy of information
The information on this website about PAT/EET testing, the Electricity At Work Regulations, HSE guidance and related regulations is provided for general information only. It's a summary to help you understand why testing matters, not a substitute for a formal, on-site electrical risk assessment or professional advice specific to your premises and equipment. Always get a proper assessment carried out before relying on anything written here for your own compliance.
No contractual obligation from enquiries
Submitting the Get a Quote form, calling us, or emailing us doesn't create a binding contract or guarantee a booking. It simply starts a conversation. A job is only confirmed once we've issued a formal quote and you've agreed to it in writing (including by email). Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.
Limitation of liability
We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it. We're not liable for:
- Temporary downtime, interruptions, or technical issues with the website
- Any inaccuracy, error, or out-of-date information on the site
- Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content
This doesn't affect the terms of any actual PAT/EET testing work we carry out for you, which are covered separately once a quote is agreed, or affect any liability we can't lawfully exclude (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

The text, images, logo and design of this website belong to Safetay Electrical Testing unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to link to the site, but please don't copy or reuse the content elsewhere without asking us first.

Where this site links to somewhere else (for example, the ICO in our Privacy Policy), we're not responsible for the content or availability of that external site.
